The CEO is a great guy have been dealing with him for many years when I lived in Gauteng

I honestly cannot take all the credit for this , my warranty team in midrand also played a pivotal role in making sure that your drive was swopped out and got back to you safely.

@Jarrodr , The tight margins we work on does not does not make any sense for us to accept credit cards payments- I know some people still have an issue with that, but majority of the others have got used to the idea, it gives us more room to be flexible with the pricing as ultimately the customer is paying the higher price , when we did want to charge a admin fee for credit card payments we found out that it was not allowed by Visa or MasterCard so we abandoned that idea, I promise you if we were making 25-30 % margin this would not be a discussion, some items we make as little as 2% to move the volume,
Today's special is a good example , we have some processors that are R300excl vat better priced than anyone in the market today-Please verify this fact , so is our hard disk pricing , our SSD drives and Optical drives, We could have easily increased all our pricing and blame the Rand/Dollar but opted to rather pass that savings to our customers.
