So I'm not a heavy user usually and never get through my 100GB ... Except this month. Supposed to be a reduced speed but non existent and can't get through a single site.

Anyhow - process is new to me, but popped on and added a few GB for the next few days. Paid with card and when I log to tracking, it says I've loaded the extra and using it.

But it won't connect - even after rebooting. Is there more I need to do?

Reboot the router?

Ok fixed - what an issue - hope this isn't normal !

I used the online chat ... who referred me to the 10210 for some reason.

10210 was answered fast, luckily, but everything on her side showed connected and working. We did a port reset and she said it should be working ... but it wasn't. So asked her to reset my password, and reset my router to factory - then it worked.

Maybe just a glitch
