TI tracker down?

I got this message from TI today:

I was capped earlier this month on just over 1gb, with local still working, then on Monday this week, international sites became available as well. My username is not disabled and im still going strong

The tracker this morning showed this message:

HTTP Status 404 - /titracker/

type Status report

message /titracker/

description The requested resource (/titracker/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.0.28

Do they have problems capping us or problems with their usage tracker?

Did this happen to anyone else?
