TI usage tracking - Firefox has blocked 3217 pop-ups

This has annoyed me for about two weeks now. When I log on to the tracking tools a pop-up window displays at the top "Log4js" and some options and below, red text on black background: "FATAL Log4js - error in (https://secure/telkomsa.net/titracker/index.jsp)". Then I eventually get "Firefox blocked (n) pop-ups". Any ideas?

Edit: Just found this post, will just to use IE then to bypass the problem...

We have seen this, but only during a time we were recovering from some database problems (which were resolved around 7 Jan).

Please confirm if you are still seeing this, and I'll try and get someone to reproduce and escalate.

Thanks @ranger, have been using it in IE for a day or two but tried now in FF and all seems fine!

Just had 2110 popups blocked on telkom tracker 10min ago. FF does not hang or crash, just the popups blocked. May be coincidence, but seem to happen when page is still busy loading, when I hit login button. Downloading in background, so page load is relatively slow. Using autofill, so filling in user and pass is quick.
