How does this work?

I have a 2Mb/s line which is showing 2048 down & 1024 up. Can I simply change the ratio of 3072 to say 2816down 56up?

afaik you can change the priority of different types of traffic, eg. Streaming, gaming, etc.

My router tells me differently. 2558800D 508900U, which is more like the truth.
