Only a couple more weeks and I will eventually be shot of the pathetic "service" that iBurst apparently offer. Notwithstanding their absolutely ridiculously lacklustre level of support and billing, the product offered by iBurst cannot and should never be described as an internet offering let alone broadband service.

The sooner they are consigned to the scrap heap of absolute cr@p service providers the better.

Their epitaph should read. "We gave nothing and we shall leave with nothing"

As a parting shot, I really wish that each and every apathetic individual is left bereft of employment. None of you deserve to be paid a cent for the so-called service you were employed for.

Pathetic does not even begin to describe how ***** your product has been and is and more so the apparent service you offer.

I endorse this rant.

I left iBurst several years ago, but the trauma of possibly the worst service I have ever received in the entire spacetime continuum lingers on.

yup yup... i said the same thing last year december when i dt=itched them...

.. if iburst closes down and you sit without a job, then you have only yourself to blame...

Sad to see a company go to ruin like this... it is almost as if the employees doesn't care.

Of course employees must care and nurture their company, if it goes down, they also go down.

But if a company doesn't take care of its employees, it also will go down.

@OP - did you got rid of them finally?
 
Guess that the ride is over, bit of a pain switching. I have no telkom line, they will have to install copper from to pole to the house before I can even get adsl.
