Tide is turning at Eskom

Eskom has arrested the decline in its EAF, with it moving towards the 70% target, although declining demand and growing alternatives pose risks to the utility’s long-term financial stability.
 
Eskom is its own worst enemy, it created its own collapse. I'm sure that greed will win the day though, and private companies will step in to 'help'
