Wife has just implemented ERS Bio at their work.

They are very happy & it seems to be an excellent system - integrates with Pastel Payroll & has all statutory parameters pre-loaded (like only a certain amount of overtime is allowed to be worked by any one employee per week etc. etc.).

Reasonably priced too.

Something that can integrate with Pastel ESS.SAP would be overkill but we dont mind spending if it can generate decent reporting etc.

Kronos, We have about 30000 sites running on our software in SA. Much more flexible than SAP and quicker to implement.
