heh. bloody expensive crap cards. so all the 8600's and stuff thrown out the window.
do you think there will be a price drop for the HD3850 when the new cards come out?

i would like a dx10 card that can run new games like crysis etc, preferably one that can run it pretty well.

can also get the Saffire ATI Radeon 2600XT 512ddr3, MSI ATI RX2600XT 256ddr3 and Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD2600 Pro 256ddr3.

never looked at the ATI cards...

None of those, the HD3850 or something better, that's it for gaming.

The 3850 and the 8800GS are pretty similar (share wins) from what i can see of the few reviews done and overall the 3850 is still cheaper

i agree the 8800gs is a bit better, oh well i think the 3850 is the one that i am going to buy as it is cheaper and gives similar performace.
