Time for MI Digital swap out

I've just started the process today and was wondering what sort of timing can be expect by MI Digital, personal experience? I've heard the horror stories - but most seem to be hearsay.

The warranty form suggests 5 working days - which I can handle. Anything more than 2 weeks and I'd rather buy a new Xbox 360.

So - personal experience on timing?

Anything between 2 weeks and 6 months. Most users wait about 2 months.
 
Ah - so definatley worth a new Xbox then :/

aren't you in joburg? why not just go to them directly? twice i've done that and got a new console immediately.
 
What area are they in?

The thing is it's difficult to leave with my boss :/

I see they're in Edenvale - so that's not really an option. They also seem to have differing stories : onet ellms get an authorissation number BEFORE sending paperwork (which asks for it) and someone tells me send the paperwork FIRST.

ffs I hate these people ... the processes, procedures etc etc Now the [email protected] just bounced back.

What offeres on my RROS Xbox 360 Pro 20GB? ;)
 
Unless you in joburg expect round about christmas! IF you ARE in joburg.. go to their offices and dont leave without an xbox... they will give on eto you :)
