time for war?

nope. Work has been making me slave like them kids in Chinese sweat shops...

Also I pretty much said what I wnted to say. The rest is up to the individual.

I dont think ETV are biting and I dont want to rant and rave about Sentech and war
in fear that I will start sounding like a mini Hitler or something...

The ball is in everyones court who use Sentech and are disgruntled about it. Make a stink.
Yes it requires time and effort... but fvckit... change does not happen in a day and Sentech
have changed their methods and so forth from previous encounters with irrate customers.

even if it nothing seems to be happening something always is...

How many new people have you told today that Sentech suxs?

Now that sensuck seems to have embarked on a major ad campaign maybe there will be more media interest again as the reality is completely contradictory to the adverts - 702/Cape Talk is now also running sensuck radio ads. The only glitch now is that media organisations will be loathe to piss off an advertiser.

their add is crap in the sense of advertising. If you watch that add they actually dont invite people to do anything. It is more an arrogant ad then anything else which says to the public 'we are sentech'. Most of the public have no idea who Sentech are... even those who use the internet. We have our own little bubble but many people know more about polka. then Sentech which is a good thing.

Sentech's new ad is crap and uninforming. I dont think they have much chance with that add as it is confusing to the public. At the end of the day you are unsure what it is Senech do.

Interestingly enough, I now know two people willing to risk MyWireless because ADSL is not available to them. Niether are particularly savvy and just use the net for email.

So MyWireless sometimes picks up what Telkom drops.
Anyone with an existing landline who is tired of dial-up frustrations would rather go for ADSL than some other tech - however, I guess Telkom still have a lot of work to do in terms of rolling out infrastructure for ADSL even in established wealthy suburban areas.

iBurst next year will also stand to pick up what Telkom doesn't/can't/won't handle.

The problem is as you describe but the heavier user who wants to use MW for bandwidth and downloading will probably go for the MW 512 thinking it would be all that.

And the housewife who wants to email cooking recipes would be happy simply using MW 128.

the problem is MW is neither of the above at this point in time it seems to be one big failing experiment which no doubt will be swept under the carpet one day and fogotten.
