I am still waiting for a bike !!!!!! The courier picked it up on Monday 28/07/2014 in Port Elizabeth and Delivered at theJHB branch, but I still haven't received it. Been phoning everyday but only been given excuses....this is pathetic.....The new excuse is that the dispatch guy named Zulu never gave the waybill to the correct people...

The only other response is We will investigate and reply as soon as possible. Regards Management

Been 7 days now......Can I demand a refund or discount? (was prepaid)

Do you have tracking nuumber for waypoint on their website to check where the delivery go?

Had the same problem a couple of years ago with them... Eventually found out they sent my bike from Durban to Gauteng, I live in EC. Only got my bike after I threatened to go to the newspapers.... Sad.

Sad indeed......Lodge a complain on hello Peter....funny enough two hours later they delivered the bike and was promised a full refund by Adrian from the JHB Hub......still waiting for the refund though....

Just Received my refund delivered at my door.....Heads up for the problem solving
