Does Telkom run a reliable time server?
It is a server which one can use to sync one's PC clock to a good outside time source.

The international link is so slow, I seldom get my clock set to a clock in the US.
I find the Atomic Time Sync utility at www.analogx.com excellent - if there is sufficient capacity to connect to a time server.
