While reading through all the posts of late: the complaints; rants; arguements I thought back on some of the articles I've read in the BusinessDay...

Lovely to see how perspectives change:

"WBS ready to show how high-speed internet access should be run"
http://www.businessday.co.za/Articles/TarkArticle.aspx?ID=1323883

Market forces blow through ISP sector
http://www.businessday.co.za/Articles/TarkArticle.aspx?ID=1405722

The second one will make VERY interesting reading to those exMyWireless customers that made the move to iBurst.

Cheers

Wow - "WBS hopes to impress demanding and wealthy users seeking fast and efficient voice and data services."

Show's their attitude straight to the point. I hope ADSL gets cheaper and they get to stick their scheme right were it belongs.

LMFAO , what A lie

So far, parts of Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban and Bloemfontein have been covered. “You can drive around Soweto and Pretoria and be connected, except in one or two odd spots,” says Mtshali.

I didn't know Bloemfontein, WAS covered did any of you know that iBurst is in Bloemfontein or did I read the article wrong :

Mtshali also said that iburst is capable of between 5mbps and 100mbps speeds, so the actual braincell that allows him to speak is not communicating too well with the other braincell capable of storing short term information.

I bet you he has "left shoe/right shoe" written on all his shoes just so he can remember which is which.

Where else can we send letters in response to WBS retarded article on itweb?

From the Business Day artical:
"About 500 users are testing its high-speed access for laptops and a desktop version that could see users scrap their fixed-line phones."

Yeah, if only the 500 users knew they stand chance of getting suspended!! Shame to the testers that got rid of their fixed lines! I'm now reapplying for mine back.
