Trying to log a fault and been chatting to this lady for over 20mins, after I've told her a million times that its not connecting, the adsl has now dropped sync and line state is disconnected, she is still trying to get me to click start and run and type www.telkom.co.za and cant understand why it is not working.
Now i'm being told to ping my router gateway *sighs*
Did a miss the option that said press 1 if your an complete idiot?
SO I get an sms saying the fault has been fixed, yea great its syncing but back to the PADO Packets, how the hell am I supposed to explain that to the telkom helpline
ziglet...... today and tomorrow are good days for kite surfing at the beach.. u will have more luck at that, then getting advanced help at a customer service number
