Hey don't know where exactly to post this but anyway...

I would like to ask a question regarding the Samsung S8500 Wave

I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to install android apps - I must be missing something.
Is there a reason why the phone doesn't have Android market or anything similar?

TIA.

How exactly does one install these programs?

Mod_note: thread relocated to [-]Android[/-] Cellular: Phones, Call Contracts, Content forum.

OS Bada OS

that would be your first issue ;) you need an android phone to use the android market! the wave uses Bada.

So Bwana, wrong section ;)

Well for one you don't have an android phone. Take it back if the salesman lied. Otherwise enjoy bada. Samsung's own iOS.

Sent from my Galaxy S running darky's rom sent to me by little green robots from the future.

You gonna search very long to find the Android Market on a Bada OS phone.

I think Samsung has got their own app store, so see if there's something you like.

used it a few times and its apps suck :(

thanks for the notice, But I doubt I'll ever return to Nashua mobile, their service is dull and the way the treat you as client? URG! rather stay with the phone.
Take it back to the shop you got it from and get a proper Android phone.

Otherwise it will become a very long two years that you're stuck with it.

What is a phone without games & apps, especially whatsapp?

You'll have to go back, Nokkie. I know it's gonna be difficult, but I know you can do it.
