Not quite sure how it is. I'm not too fussed about waiting for them to allocate the eBucks, for all I care they can take another week. But if they cancelled eBucks, I would quite simply look for a bank that would give me better rewards. I'm only with FNB because it makes sense from a cost point of view.
 
I'm just curious to know how much I got and whether I am still on RL5.

For the O/D points. Remember, you have to use at least 10% of your O/D for at least 24h (excluding weekends).

I normally get paid on the 25th, so on the 23rd (just to be safe) I make use of my O/D to minimize interest.

while the rules are the rules, that "excl. weekends" bit does not make sense, you are charged interest per calendar day - perhaps system driven?
 
I just wanted to find out if I have got a revolving loan on my profile, do I have to use it to earn the reward points? Or can it just be on my profile and be unused.... It's 2000 extra points

depending on your account type, you need to 'consume' a % of full loan amount
 
My rewards level has updated but no breakdown of what I did or didn't do and no eBucks as yet. Rewards level is wrong as well. eBucks gone wonky!
 
Been waiting for the new score to determine if I can close the Euro account ... irritating.

On a normal month I wouldn't care about the delay, but this particular month I'm curious to see how I was effected.
 
Man someone must have really screwed up! Poor FNB guys are probably working all night to fix it.
