I received all of mine already. Even fuel so it seems to only affect some people.

On which product are you? My Plat allocation has not come through yet (hmcd101 said in a chilled manner)
 
If you hellopeter something like this, you're a twat. It's a rewards system...

It is a service...if not delivered, and no explanation given then I do not deny people who feel strongly about it their right to complain...

The guy did complain yesterday though, which I think was a bit early since they said allocation would be done by the 12th....

Good god..people like to complain about the stupidest ****.

I used to work in a call centre...people complain about EVERYTHING and it doesn't help...they already said there is an issue and they are working on it. Complaining about it isn't going to fix it.

Sometimes you just need to chill the **** out
 
Which just goes to show, almost everyone, except those 2 complaining about complaining are chilled about it...

I dont think so. I think it is more delivery on promises. If I sell you a product with a "free" addon service, and you decide to take the product to utilise said "free" service then you are well within your rights to complain if the service was not rendered.

For instance. I insured my bakkie with Discovery insure and got:
1. R50 tracker
2. Fuel cashbacks
3. "free" rental car during repair period , etc

Wife had an accident and their system for rental car approvals DID NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS! I suppose it was my entitlement attitude that caused me to get upset about this? Because this was at that stage a "free" service?

It is because people are too scared to complain that most **** services remain at same level. And it will remain such until people start opening their mouths (Not only on forums, but to the service provider as well, else you still a wus).

I am a programmer and know how easily the fan can be struck, but the important thing is: communication. FNB never communicates issues to clients and you have to find out when you standing in line at tills (As an example).

I just got an SMS saying I got 500MB of data on my FNB sim. Interesting as :

1. I thought this benefit fell away
2. That means I managed to stay on RL5 even though the ebucks calcs are not done/published yet?


Lolz... it says also says as effective from 9 Aug.... /me looks at the date

I am sorry that you could not find a better job than a call center agent, but you need to understand if in that industry that by the time people get to you, they HAVE waited. And they are already pissed off. So you carry the brunt.

People are allowed to complain about whatever the hades they want. Just as you are allowed to complain about them complaining. Just what is it helping you to complain about their complaining? think about it.
