Any kind soul on this forum who will be able to help us with determining whether a farm near our smallholding has been sold or not?

We heard rumours that it is sold, but would like to have it confirmed.

If you know who the previous owner was, you can go and look at the General Valuation roll for your area and see if the name still reflects against the property.
