TL-R470T+ with a LTE / HSDPA modem

I would like to know if anybody has successfully used the TL-R470T+ with a LTE / HSDPA modem. If so which LTE / HSDPA modem would you recommend. I am currently considering the Huawei B593 or ZTE MF253. Your comments and advice would be appreciated thank you.

What/why do you want to load balance, out of interest?
