Hey all

I'm hoping someone on here will be able to provide more help than the guys @lantic support desk have been able to.

I'm helping out a small school setting up their adsl, they've just moved from dial-up to adsl. The problem i'm having is the brainboxes at the support desk aren't able to tell me what the new username is. All i'm looking for is how the format goes after the '@'. We've been told it's supposed to be '[email protected]', but this doesn't seem to be working.

At the moment i'm lending them my adsl username and password so they can keep working.

How on earth can the helpdesk not know this?

Something is clearly rotten in Denmark...
