To Cell_C. Cell C Connect different DNS every time

Every time i connect my woooosh i get a different DNS, and now i have to change my PS3 DNS every time witch is fine, i dont want to put my router as the DNS because this adds a extra hop. Please you also help with ports being blocked, adsl and cell c latency the same around 275ms to UK adsl connect to games there but wooosh not.

Just use your router as the DNS, this only adds an extra hop the first time a lookup is done on a host, thereafter it is cached and your router will be faster than Cell-C's DNS.

I'm currently using Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) on my PS3. Not sure if that's a good thing but was recommend by various PS3 forum members.

thanks will give it a try, done all the port forwarding and stuff, when using router as dns moderate nat, direct dns change to open nat.

Port forwarding on Cell C? AFAIK you need a unrestricted APN for that and Cell C does not offer this currently.

Well I've changed my router's DNS to Google and my PS3 and PC seems happy so far.
