I have just managed to get my Bandwidth Cap Reached problem solved. iBurst now know that the ticket system is not working, and have allocated someone to monitor it.

So it is well worth your while doing a follow up.

The bad news is that Uncapped Anytime was discontinued more than 2 years ago. We have been paying for and using it all this time because of a (now revealed) glitch.

The same goes for zero-rated Midnight to Morning. This now works as it was always supposed to - if you are on Playa 5 you get 5GB daytime and 5GB (and only 5GB) M2M.

The good news is that they will credit your account with April and May Uncapped Anytime fees.
 
In other news, yesterday I got my first daily usage email since March 31.
