To the 1% users

If there are just 1% of Sentechs' users who are unhappy with this service, and only that 1% is experiencing problems, as was explained...

If it is truly just 1% , will it hurt them so much to loose this 1% of customers, with a Refund of the Service for the amount of time we have been experiencing this level of service?

Truly it would only be good for their service if they got rid of the 1% complaining population , even if it means cutting the contract short.

That i would have to agree with .....

Any MAJOR CORPORATE accepts responsibility when things go wrong on their side and DO NOT take ADVANTAGE of contracts etc to PROTECT their client base by threatening the consumer with LEGAL ACTION etc..... If Sentech is serious about their future, one would expect that they realise (yes i know they are a parastatal but they all cant be that stupid!) that the CUSTOMER IS KING....

Without us consumers, they can have the best damn solution technically but it would be the best damn dust trap around......

The REAL WORLD TO SENTECH come in ........... oops sorry forgot the mailbox is full
 
The one 1% of customers who complain is the 1% of technical people who knows the diff between a 56K modem and 2KB/sec download speed. So they are actually bullsh#tting the rest of the customers which is worse.
