Hi Guys,

I am looking for a strap as mine has broken again, i am out of warranty so need to buy a new one. Ive tried going on their site but there is no dam buy button or add to cart! Ive tried Sportsman warehouse(no stock), incredible connection, Hifi Corp and Cape Union Mart

I dont even mind a 2nd hand one at the moment(excuse the pun)
 
I've purchased one from TakeALot before.

TomTom -> Flippin expensive straps and terrible quality.
 
That's for the slim watch, unfortunately i need the one for the runner 2/3 etc

How do you make a warranty claim? Mine just broke - runner 3
 
You go on their site and go to the repair section and fill in your details, if you for some reason get a reply from them with an email address please pass it onto me

Luckily we bought my wife's one through takealot. I logged a return, and Tom Tom took so long to get back to takealot we opted for a refund (as per Takealots Ts & Cs.)

I hope Tom Toms direct refund process isnt similar in terms of speed.

Must say the straps are horrible quality.
 
I got one a few weeks back from sportsmans warehouse. They seemed to have stock.
 
Struggling to find a new strap myself.
The problem is will only get more difficult to get a strap locally as TomTom is withdrawing from the local market
