TOMTOM iPhone maps

The TomTom app for iPhone looks interesting. How often are map updates made available? At what cost?

I have been using the SA (limited use) and the Uk and Ireland downloads (a lot) for about a year now and its brilliant. Only down side is it's an expensive app. But I have driven around many parts of Ireland and it has never failed me.

The last update (few weeks ago) said that it adds HD Traffic (in-app purchase) and updated maps

Very happy with Tom tom! Had it for 18 months now and with each update it just gets better HD traffic is awesome btw...

Does HD traffic include the speed traps? permanent and mobile?
