5Kw from a chip? Someone is lying to you unless it's a turbo diesel.

Did you never hear the story about a louder exhaust improving a car's speed by 5 km/h in every gear, which makes it 25km/h faster in a 5 speed and 30 km/h in a 6 speed....

A couple of stripes should add another kw per stripe. And painting flames around your wheels is at least good for 3 or 4kw depending on how good the art work is.
