If you mean by "work online" is it playable online, then my answer would be maybe.
You need a decent ping to play overseas and what I have seen from some of the other users it's not even worth trying.
By the way, is Tony out for the pc?

Yeah got it last weekend - but i'm trying 2 find out if it could have dedicated servers so maybe SGS or Mweb could organise for da THPS4 PC players the game rocks on PC, if ure playing with a controller
N'ways, I tried getting on with gamespy, but its usless. so I wanna try to get the whole direct ip thing going letting ppl join my adsl IP. Donno if it will work but its always worth a try
