Too cheap to be true?

I've found the following on OLX, and it seems too good to be true. The seller says that as the units are sealed (he have several for sale), he cannot give me serial numbers.

Very risky that. Can you not meet the seller face to face and pay cash once you are happy?

The serial number is printed on a label on the bottom of the box.

That's what I thought. My concern with buying something like this, even face to face, is that it is stolen, or that it is a Chinese rip-off.
