Been using it for over a week now. Their internet speeds is way more faster and stable compared to rain. There customer care compare to Rain is world class. They assisted me to change my NAT to open on my Xbox if you ask Rain they have no idea what you talking about. But ever since Saturday morning I have no coverage I logged a query with their support which escalated it to there first line of support was informed due to it being weekend there is a possibility it will only be resolved in the new week. Will keep you guys posted

Like ink cartridges back in the day, now they're plying their trade with uncapped internet accounts.

Yeah so true. Saw on Facebook that most of these scammer mentioned here on this thread are all back up and running. Like Dynamic Internet Solutions. The chic that had wigs and all sorts for sale. All the same as before just slightly different wording this time round.

SO whatever Lorraine Gregg matters not - who is still punting the uncappedtelecoms.com scam? hmmmmm

In other words these dumb @sses are still going!

Just came across this, hope people aren't stupid enough to fall for it.

The site seems down. Claims it'll be back up on 1 November, but I was able to follow the process anyway using the Tab key.

So basically you select your "Package", fill in the sim number and specify the network. Then they expect you to EFT the payment into an "ABSA Current Business Account" number 4096794306 using your cell number as a reference.

If I click finish without paying it says:
"You have to make a payment to our account number first, use your phone number as the payment reference, and your bundle will be activated in less than a minute."

Dodgy as hell, I wonder if they can track down the owner of the account and bust them that way.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's on of the people mentioned here. I suspect Tech Global as all their LTE posts are gone. Both on Facebook and their website. Someone just upped their game with scamming.

Yes i have to agree. I sent them an email to say i am interested. Then i asked how can i test. They said they use Vodacom. they said i can test with any vodacom SIM and i asked which network do i select and i haven't had any responses again...
major scam. I hope they get caught!

The site is back up again, now using a Standard Bank Current Account number 10124332429.

ABSA must've flagged them and frozen the account.

Came across this.

Surely it must be a scam? Apparently using the MTN and Vodacom network.

100+100GB can be had on MTN fixed LTE for R549 via e.g. axxess, so it ain't too far-fetched, but the 250GB/500GB is without a doubt dubious at that price point.

iidata.co.za domain registered (with Axxess) on 21 October 2019, Facebook page created on 22 October 2019. Hmmm...

Think I will just stick with Axxess. Maybe they Tech Global or one of these other scammers as they used to get the sim cards from Axxess.

They have advertised all over Facebook groups.

Dude didn't you get scammed and harassed before by some woman before with LTE? Have you not realized that this is the same scam with a different name?

Just to bring this thread back to life, I’ve been trying to shop for a ps5 the last month or so trying to find anyone with stock and since then this techglobal has been popping up on my Facebook feed advertising the ps5 for like R9800, which I’m pretty sure is slightly below RRP. Checked their website out and it’s got scam written all over it. No telephone numbers, no physical address, nada. Quick search brought me here.

Can’t believe this excuses for human beings are still operating, how have they not been shut down yet???? Wayne Lyndall…. You’re a po3s!!!!!

Just to add, I think they way they going with the ps5 scam, is that in their t&c’s, they say anything they need to import (which looks like everything according to their website) can be stopped in customs, which is obviously going to be their excuse once the item doesn’t arrive, and they’ll probably just keep blaming them and then turn around and say SARS scammed them
