Tool to measure load and page sizes?

Anyone know of a tool I can use to measure load and page sizes?

Would be nice if it can somehow crawl through a site and then spit out a report

Target site is a sharepoint 2010 site collection

In end I just wrote my own crawler to get load and actual page weights.
