The Sony comes with 16GB and 32G memory options and with 10 hours battery time.

Is that blatant copying of Apple's tablet? :whistling:

There is a more detailed article on the top gadgets to be expected at IFA.

I am particularly concerned at the lack of mention of any Win8 devices at all in this article and it seems as if it is only Android devices that are considered tops here on MyBB.

According to the article that I site above, apart from Samsung's touch screen PC (5 and 7 all-in-one) and MS's Surface, there is (or will be) a sleuth of PC's running Win8, which include devices from Asus (Taichi), Lenovo (IdeaPad Yoga) and Acer's "two laptops-cum-tablets – the Acer Iconia Tab W510 and the Acer Iconia Tab W700" (TechRadar).

Further, Sony also has the following Win8 device that is a Surface challenger: http://vrge.co/POBCLb

"Whether Sony is looking to announce it at IFA this week or wait until Windows 8's official release in October is a little closer is unclear".

Yeah. looks to me like Apple is going to have a field day with the "rectangular shape with rounded corners" patent.
