Wife just phoned me to say she got one, but opening the package she can't find the number to phone for the installation...;( She is going back there now
The number is 0860086788. They wrote it on my till slip.

How do you subscribe to a specific package. I was on the web site I mailed them and I still have no idea how you subscribe for a package. I thought you would be able to pick your package and subscribe online.
I imagine you would do that when you call the Helpline on 0860086788 to activate your service tomorrow. All they need is your ID & Banking Details(if you prefer to pay by debit order). I believe there will be an EFT option as well.

Sorry if this has been covered already but: an existing DSTV dish and co-ax is all you need besides this box and your cabling for the telly?

I'm keeping my existing dish for just in case. My annual Easyview subscription comes to an end this month. Might even reactivate it later for my 2nd TV. The R499 includes the dish, 20m cable & installation. Best to leave the installation to the experts.
Can you upgrade and downgrade?

Just wondering, what is the picture quality like on a full HD LCD tv?
Will this be SD and upscaled to 1080p?
I know that some SABC channels look blurry and blocky due being SD.
I see that there is no HDMI outputs on the decoder, so no support for HD tvs?

I presume so. i will start off with the R99 package & add Entertainment and Knowledge later.
