I have had this decoder for a week and really need some action now.

I am actually going to cancel my DSTV, but at this rate I am not convinced that I will have Toptv installed by the end of the month.

I am unaware of TopTV having an official presence on here... but you may get some interesting phone calls after publishing your cell number on a forum

I feel the same ..... left 4 messages ....... hours trying to get through .....Top TV please appoint some temps or something, you need to listen to your customers and not go the monochoice way and remember more options will be available later.

I got through! Now the next hurdle there is only one installer in George and they are not answering phone calls at the moment. Breathe Etienne, Breathe one step at a time..
