TopTv signal loss

Hi TopTv fans,
has anyone else had this problem to day where total loss of signal and again at 21:53 for a couple of min's
 
I am trying to watch Hitman on TopMovies+24, but it keeps losing signal!!! This is not cool, not at all.


EDIT: Signal is back, sort of, but it keeps breaking up for a couple of seconds at a time.
 
Yep, same in CPT. Complete signal loss and stuttering on return. Happened quite a few times a wife got quite miffed about it :(
 
I also experience the problem while watching Hitman, but managed to watch the Head Of State with no signal problem, therefore blame the Gorvenment :D

had similar problem last night and I was keeping on resetting the STB with no luck.
 
Yip. Also loss of signal.
Just left it, what else can one do.
Have also noticed that SABC would stutter quite a bit.
Can TopTV's network handle the demand or am I missing something.
 
Called them today to complain and they confirmed that they experienced problems last night and resolved the issue.I am waiting for confirmation from a manager as it does happen often in a week.
 
A lot of signal loss for me in Cape Town, but then the weather is shyte.
 
Been watching the SWC football on SABC1 via TopTV & every now and again the picture would freeze. Not sure whether it was a TopTV issue or not.
