TopTV stock found where

I am just starting this thread to help all forum members trying to find TopTV Set Top Boxes:)))

If anyone knows where they might be hiding.

Last I heard PEP,GAME,etc are all sold out in Joburg.
 
No stock at Game or House and Home, Canal Walk, Cape Town either, they do not know when they will be supplied.
 
Get a friend or family member in the platteland to go buy one at the local PEP stores.
 
Found stock at Hirschs in Fourways - they only had about 4 left when I was there.
 
There is tons of stock at Game, Canal Walk, Cape Town.

If you phone they will tell you they have none, you must go there and ask.

Got mine on Sunday afternoon.

They dont want to sell the decoders because of the people calling them to complain that they cannot get through to TopTV Call Center.

I waited twenty minutes this morning and registered and was given reference number for installer, customer number etc.

Getting through to installers is even worse than getting through to the Call Center.

Got through to Firesat - 082 523 3493, (mainly Southern Suburbs) will have to wait till tomorrow evening and will report back in other feedback thread.

That only means one thing - Cape Town only received stock now - I spoke to someone on twitter she placed an order 2 weeks ago and still doesn't have her toptv decoder.

All I can say you were fortunate and it aint Games fault. People should be patient, I was patient waited over 60 minutes once waiting to speak to someone at TopTV. I think their staff are under pressure after hiring more staff to help with the backlog of calls... Having around 80 consultants answering calls. The problem is to capture the details, systems should of been put in place and retailers helping to register. Even if game for argument gets R10 per registered client..

Also some installers are taken chances of the market as well.. Just now they charge you R2000 to install everything.
 
Found a Pep Stores that has on Saturday. Couldn't get there on the weekend - going through today. Hoping with bated breath they still have stock.

And no, I ain't going to tell anyone - maybe after I get mine first ;)
 
I saw a whole stack at Makro in Milnerton, CT a couple of days ago.
