I just called for an installer, Puben took my details and was very efficient and friendly. My call was answered in about 2 minutes. It looks like you guys are getting over your teething problems. Now how about an HD PVR?

I phoned on Friday to register. Was done in 11 minutes flat, from the moment I dialed the number until I put down the phone. Now I have to wait for an installer to come. Have to wait another week for TopTV

Got it a bit earlier so was still in the rush but keeping my cool helped.

Yep, within 24 hours they called me back.
Found an installer to do it tomorrow (after i phoned him today).
They improving.
