I'm on a Vodacom TopUp 315s and am thinking about switching to BB. My question is: can the BIS subscription be deducted from the monthly airtime?

No, it needs to be added as a VAS.

Pretty retarded if you ask me, you can buy data bundles on top up but not BB bundles :wtf:
