Torrent Client uploading

Hello Peoplez,

Has anyone had an issue when uploading files in uTorrent AND Bitcomet?

Both the client's upload the torrent to the website fine, they show in the upload column but when people try to connect, they can't...

Google shows no solutions so i am guessing i am an idiot.
