Torrent downloading problem

Hi

I have a ZyXel ADSL router but cannot download any torrents. If i get 1kbs download rate i am very lucky... I would assume that it has something to do with the listening port being blocked but don't know how to get past that....anyways please help....

I have no idea wats going on with mine but for the last week a have been getting the same speed on my shaped account as what i get on my unshaped account???
