My 10gig account, that has been soft capped, is giving me a better download speed than my 20gig account which still has around 5gigs of data left. This starts from 09:00 every morning. Been testing over the last few days. Same line and modem.

Why are you doing this Telkom? 1.1kB/s download is ridiculous on a 4meg line.

ATM i'm busy downloading from Youtube to burn away some leftover data which will expire at midnight. The speed is pathetic for a 4meg line, and i'm running between 50KB/sec and 150KB/sec. I'm on this R499 month to month 10 + 10gig promo which i pay via eft, but i feel like cancelling it because of the poor performance.
Regarding your torrent downloads, you should download from midnight. But speed is also very bad, you won't come close to what you're supposed to get.
