Never had issues before, even with Seacom down my torrents would fly. Over the past 3 or 4 days however I can't get above 10Kb/s. I've only done 21GB this month so I'm still way below the 4MB uncapped fair usage BS.

Have they just started raping all p2p now regardless of usage?
 
Torrents on my Afrihost 384 uncapped has been cruising between 22 and 38kbps since Friday night.

your probably 1 of the 7% heavy down loaders now....
They never said how much you may download to be pushed into the 7% bracket..

My UL speed is 10x quicker than my DL speed!!!!

And this is on 384...
 
I've downloaded about 15gb this month, and at the moment my download speed is capped at 7kb/sec on a 512k line. Going to take me an hour to download 17mb..

If this doesn't get better I'm cancelling my ****tyhost account.
