touch screen monitors

I have been trying to buy a touch screen monitor for Windows 8, but there seems to a total lack of choice and availability in South Africa. Any recommendations on a specific monitor? I find it rather odd that Microsoft recommends the use of touch screens for Windows 8, yet the hardware is either expensive or hard to find. Is everyone using Macs now?

Your best bet is to buy a All-In-One Desktop PC, seeing as they come with a built in touch screen most of the time. I know its a lot of cash to buy a new PC, but atleast you'll have something made for Windows 8.

You are correct in stating that there is almost no choice when it comes to desktop touch panels. Nothing decent for a good price in any case.
