Tower 36 (menlopark ) very slow for the past 2 days

Has anyone experience same problem ?

speed is only 35~40 kb down loads 3~4 K (local and International sites)

I can confirm service degradation.

D/L Speeds seem roughly halved since the weekend(11-12 Feb).

Quickly went home to try a view a work related international webcast from there. Would've taken me 5 hours to view 1 hour with all the buffering taking place

Are y'all still having this problem? Cause I am using this tower during the day now, and it's speed comes to a standstill during the day, especially after lunchtime. I mailed support and they don't know about this problem, maybe you should give them a mail, and include a few ping results? The packetloss seems to go to 20%, and latency shoots up to 1500ms max, 600ms average (to Sentech machines).

Same here, can't even get to www.google.co.za

Also couldn't get Google this morning. Apparently a problem with routing on IS side? Works fine now though.
