Don't count on it.
Towers cost north of a few million rand to setup.
Most times only high density areas will be considered.
If there is no revenue incentive, it most likely won't happen.
Plus all the red tape to erect a tower, it can take months if not years to get all necessary permits and permissions.

@SEGOBABES I will be honest with you the likelyhood of a tower being built on a farm in a rural area these days is unlikely. If you want you can send me the co-ordinates of the property to assess for suitability.
