Hi

Is it possible to get some kind of exhaust unit that you can fit to the back of a chassis to direct the airflow OUT a window as an example ?

Chassis cooling isn't the problem, its the heat that comes out of the cursed box that is quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't mind getting this vented out a window.

Do you mean like ducting from the fan/fans?

Anything is possible.

Get a thick enough pipe and a decent fan.
Tip,
Heat goes up, don't take pipe downwards.

It might also be easier to vent it out into a wall cavity rather than run a pipe out the window. Is your case on the desk or underneath?

Get yourself something like this, a duct adapter and some ducting. Then screw the adapter to your fan.

Your PSU fan normally sucks the hot air out(top mounted). Get a PSU with a large as possible fan.

As mentioned most PSU's suck air out and specific graphics cards from EVGA have "EE" models which means external exhaust that blow out the hot air.

PS: there might be a cooling problem with your PC, i have quite a powerful PC and when its idling the ambient room temp is quit low.
