Tower info Centurion

If seen one tower in the Rooihuikraal <i>amberfield</i> (Corner rooihuiskraal road and thuens van niekerk) area wich looks like a sentech tower about two weeks ago,also there is a tower being put up in The reeds (cnr Rooihuiskraal rd and bothrill rd) that looks similar to the one in amberfield.
Could someone confirm this for me? and if these towers are sentech wonder when they would be operational.
