Towers - Problems

I normally connect on tower 66.. I'm working in Midrand (Halfway House). Now I only pick-up Tower 22 and getting the 'remote computer does not respond message'. Phoned a contact at Sentech and they are busy with work on tower 66.. will phone when 66 are up and running again.. WHY DON'T THEY PUT UP A STATUS PAGE???
 
I cannot belive towers can go down like this with no status pages, no calls to users or even an email alert or sms !

Not to mention the total lack of communication between the help desk and 2nd level support, which results in a different story everytime you call support
 
Nowire said definately Midrand Hyde Park and Northcliff were down
when I phoned
