And meanwhile in Africa, cars and busses are set alight if someone deems fit. Who will replace these vehicles or who will carry the insurance cost? I can't see the insurance companies insuring these vehicles for normal fees, as taxi's are being set alight left, right and centre, like the rest of our beautiful country.
