TP LINK access control

Can anyone tell me how to go about setting time limits per mac address on a TP link router (WR840N), I would like to create a time window for my daughter say between (07:00 -20:00) on her phone, I do not need to specify any allowed websites.

I have used this but I do not want to enter each allowed site, basically just block internet on one or two devices during a certain time. (Switch off internet access from 20:00-07:00)
